Our work covers the entire production process — from the creative concept and initial cost estimates, through detailed planning, visualizations, team selection and coordination, development of plans and schedules, negotiations with suppliers, to the preparation of the final budget, comprehensive event execution, and post-event settlement with the client.

Prezes Zarządu Aorta Event
Organizator i Producent z ponad 15-letnim doświadczeniem.
Pracował dla najbardziej znanych polskich agencji eventowych, gdzie realizował projekty dla marek takich jak: Carlsberg, PSA, Samsung, Red Bull, Orange, Pekao, Orlen, Toyota.
Jako Producent Wykonawczy kierował najbardziej nośnymi eventami sportowymi i muzycznymi m.in. Red Bull X-Fighters i Orange Warsaw Festival.
Był członkiem komitetu bezpieczeństwa Euro 2012.
Po założeniu Aorta Event został odpowiedzialny m.in. za współorganizację Światowych Dni Młodzieży na krakowskich Błoniach, jak również jako co-promotor organizował Mistrzostwa Świata i Europy w sportach motorowych.

Dyrektor Wykonawczy, Finansowy i Producent Wykonawczy.
Karierę zaczynał w przemyśle filmowym jako właściciel kina eksperymentalnego. Wykreowany przez niego letni festiwal filmowy „Polówka” regularnie zdobywa tytuł „Filmowe wydarzenie roku” w Łodzi.
W biznesie eventowym od 2013 roku jako Producent stref VIP, Producent części sportowych, Producent Wykonawczy. Zarządzał wieloma spektakularnymi wydarzeniami m.in. globalnym biegiem Wings For Life World Run oraz jedną z największych imprez motorowych w kraju – Red Bull 111 Megawatt.
Był również członkiem zespołu organizacyjnego Szczytu NATO.

Depending on the scope of collaboration, we take on the role of main organizer, producer, project leader, or executive producer, adapting our actions to the specifics and requirements of the project. For projects of exceptionally large scale, we efficiently collaborate within expanded production structures, taking responsibility for key operational areas. We work with many talented individuals, and the team composition is always tailored to the specific project.
We successfully manage teams ranging from a few to several hundred people, as well as budgets from 100,000 to 20 million PLN. We execute projects both under our own brand and in a freelance model, acting on behalf of our business partners within entrusted contracts.
